Ingredients

  • 240 ml frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 120 ml Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 60 ml fresh mango, cubed
  • 60 ml fresh raspberries
  • 60 ml fresh blackberries and blueberries
  • 15 ml whole almonds
  • 15 ml shredded coconut
  • Fresh dill or mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen berries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and thick. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash more almond milk, but keep it dense enough to support toppings.
  3. Pour the smoothie base into a chilled bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon.
  4. Arrange the fresh mango cubes, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and almonds in decorative rows or sections over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill or mint.
  6. Serve immediately while the base is still frozen and thick.
